Yes all children no matter what age from 1- 101 will have a great time at Santa’s Cottage.

Yes, it is suitable for pushchairs.

Disabled visitors are most welcome. We have facilities for disabled guests including a designated entrance and toilet facilities for customer using a wheelchair.

Santa will meet all the children and their families individually as per booking after he arrives down the chimney.

Guests are welcome to take their own camera/ video camera to take photographs but we would ask you not to use a flash near the animals

The experience lasts approximately 1 hour. Please arrive at the entrance at Santa’s Cottage no earlier than 30 minutes before and no later than 15 minutes before the time stated on your confirmation ticket.

Yes there is a Car park which will facilitate families visiting Santa’s Cottage.

Any other purchases are entirely discretionary-there is no obligation to spend any further money. During the experience there is an opportunity to purchase gifts and there is a full selection of food and drink available for your refreshment in our Café.

Children should be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Unfortunately you may miss out if you arrive late for Santa coming down the chimney. Please arrive at Santa’s Cottage entrance along with you confirmation ticket, no earlier than 30 minutes and no later than 15 minutes before the time noted on your confirmation pass. Late arrivals cannot always be accommodated i.e. you may not see Santa coming down the chimney.
